We are so excited you are a part of our Northwest Youth family!

Community Groups

If you aren't a part of a community group yet there is no better time to join then right now! Just come Wednesday at 7pm to join. Community groups are a time where you can hang out, eat food, play games, and we spend time talking about how we apply all this Bible and Christianity stuff to our lives. If you are a little nervous, there is nothing to be nervous about. Community groups are super low key and relaxed and its the perfect opportunity to meet other people and build up some awesome friendships (Plus Pastor Christian met his wife, Emilie, in a life group... just saying...).

Dive Deeper

If you are interested in figuring out more about what it means to be a Christian, what do all those churchy words like sin mean, how are you supposed to read the Bible, and all that stuff then go check out our IGTV or our YouTube! We have videos labeled Next Steps that will help walk you through a lot of the questions you might have. And then if you ever have anymore questions or you are unsure about something hit up Pastor Christian & Emilie or one of our other awesome youth leaders. Questions and doubt aren't a bad thing when it comes to being a Christian and doing this whole church thing. Honestly, it's how we figure stuff out. So please don't hesitate to ask any questions you might have either one on one or in your community group! (Even if you want to know if God made aliens too because that's a serious question 👽)

If you are looking for a Bible app, we recommend the YouVersion Bible App. It is a God-send (pun definitely intended). It has a ton of different translations (If you aren't sure what that means check out our video on YouTube & IGTV on Bible translations).  Plus, our favorite part about the app is that it has some awesome Bible plans that come with little explanations to help you out as you read. It's definitely a must have app on your phone. I mean, or you can kick it old school and get a paper Bible, but those are heavy and I'm always afraid of ripping the pages 😬.
